It's Aloha Friday

Another week gone by, another week closer to the holidays. Since this is in conjunction with Champagne Food Friday, I will make it a food question.

What is your favorite dish at Thanksgiving?

Mine happens to be sausage stuffing and homemade cranberry relish. Yea I listed two, I figure it's my blog I can do that!

Aloha Friday is brought to you by An Island Life.

Well, I love the stuffing, too!

But a few years ago my sis in law starting making this Carrot Casserole. It is incredible and I could not imagine Thanksgiving without it now! It is by far my favorite dish.

I would have to say the desserts. Like Pumpkin Pie, I love it. That's what I usually bring to share with the family:-)

PIE - pumpkin, apple, cherry, chocolate... ahhh yeah I'm not in it for the main course, sorry, although the stuffing and sweet potato casseroles are usually delicious.

I would have to say candied sweet potatoes! But it's ALL good. I make sure I have a bite of everything :)

I second what you wrote. I love stuffing (sans sausage) and the homemade cranberry sauce that I make. I think it's because I don't eat those things any other time of the year. Yum!

My husband makes a sweet potato soufflé that is wonderful. Is it turkey day yet?

Hmmm stuffing! This year we are roasting our turkey in an imu, which is a Hawaiian underground pit. We bought tickets for a local fundraiser. We have to drop off our turkey the night before and pick it up the next day. We have never done this before!
