Sorry I have been away for a couple of days, have been doing some speed knitting to make a few Christmas gifts which have been taking up some time. On this Champagne Food Friday, I thought I would show off the horse cake I made for Bugaboo Girl's 2nd Birthday. It was a white cake from scratch, chocolate ganach frosting with butter cream decorating frosting. It was so good, and was topped with some vanilla ice cream. Needless to say it was all gone by the next day.
